I just wanted to cancel my order, but it ended up taking way too long. It felt like one of those things that should be simple, like unsubscribing from an email, changing a delivery time, or fixing a typo in your address, but instead I had to keep waiting and checking back. I’ve canceled orders from other places before, like clothes, electronics, even groceries, and it usually takes a minute or two. This was more of a hassle than I expected.

I had an issue with my order at first and was a bit irritated, but they got back to me and fixed it. It took a little longer than I’d hoped, but it all worked out in the end. 4 stars from me...

I really liked some of the stories on the site, they’re genuinely inspiring and gave it a nice, positive feel. The shopping part was a little mixed for me though, since not everything felt totally worth the price. But then again, hey, sometimes you just want something that makes you feel good. Overall, I still enjoy the vibe of the place.

My first impression was that they knew how to explain things without making it confusing. It was clear enough from the start, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep asking follow-up questions.

I was expecting this to take a while, and I don’t usually trust customer service to be much help if something goes wrong. But the guideposts arrived in just a few days, way quicker than I thought, so I didn’t even have to deal with all that.

It just didn’t help much. The pages felt thin. Kind of light on useful stuff. I was hoping for more

I ordered a couple of guideposts for our driveway, and the website was straightforward. I didn’t have to fight with the checkout or anything, which I appreciate. Prices seemed reasonable too, though I wasn’t exactly comparing every single option at the time.

Shipping was the part that felt a little slow. I kept wondering if I’d missed an email or update, but there just wasn’t much happening in between. Not the end of the world, and the order did show up, but yeah, a little more communication would’ve been nice.

The guideposts arrived in decent condition and they’re doing what I needed them to do. Nothing fancy, but they work. I might order from them again if I needed something similar, although I’d probably poke around a few other sites first just to see what else is out there

The quality is good, but I was a little disappointed to see a few minor scuffs on mine. I kind of regret not checking it more carefully right away, because otherwise it would’ve been close to perfect.

I emailed support just to be sure the update went through, and they got back to me quickly. I was half expecting some random extra charge to show up, because that seems to happen with subscriptions sometimes, but nothing weird happened, so I’m happy enough with it.

The box showed up a bit dented, so the packaging was just okay for me. Nothing too terrible, but definitely a hit or miss kind of experience.

I tried using shopguideposts.org to look for discounts and promo codes, and it was fine overall. There were a few offers that were actually useful, but some of them felt kind of limited or not quite as good as I was hoping. It’s not even about saving a massive amount or anything, I just expected a little more from the deals listed. That said, the site was simple to use and okay if you just want to compare discounts quickly

Oof. I was about to order a small item, but once I saw the shipping, it was almost the same price as the product itself. The site was easy enough to use, no issues there, but the final total just felt way too high. Yikes. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the shipping cost comes down.

The tracking was easy to follow, although it didn’t update for about a day, which did make me wonder if something was going on. The package arrived in good shape with no damage, so overall I’d say it was a decent experience, right? Not totally perfect, but I’d probably use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the payment process was. It went through quickly, and I didn’t run into any issues at all.
